On a warm evening in Abu Dhabi, the United Diplomatic Council (UDC) once again proved that diplomacy and business can move hand in hand. Just one month ago, the Council pledged that its gatherings would be about actions, not just words. At the second session in Abu Dhabi, that promise began to take real shape.
