The United Diplomatic Council (UDC) was honored to participate in the inauguration of the Cultural Center of Ecuador at the Embassy of Ecuador in New Delhi, marking a significant milestone in strengthening cultural and diplomatic ties between India and Latin America.
The ceremony was inaugurated by H.E. Mrs. Gabriela Sommerfeld, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of the Republic of Ecuador, reflecting Ecuador’s commitment to enhancing engagement with India through cultural exchange and people-to-people connections.
The event witnessed distinguished participation from a wide range of countries, including Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Guatemala, Zimbabwe, Panama, and Trinidad and Tobago. The gathering also included members of the business community, senior diplomats, and policymakers, highlighting the growing importance of multilateral engagement and international cooperation.
